Gulberg Town in Karachi has become a hub of illegal constructions, despite Supreme Court orders. Builder Atif King, who is reportedly a close relative of Nasir Hussain Shah, has completed hundreds of illegal constructions in the past and is still continuing to do so. Zaheer Ustad, the District Central Gulberg Town, is reportedly ignoring the orders of Local Government Minister Mubeen Jumani and is protecting the illegal constructions.

Residents of Gulberg Town have made repeated requests to the authorities to take action against the illegal constructions, but no action has been taken. They allege that the SBCA staff came and broke a few blocks from plot R.1135 from inside and carried out artificial demolition, but the illegal constructions in block 2-8-14-15 and 19-18-17 are still going on because of the huge bribe given to SBCA by the builder.

The residents of Gulberg Town are requesting the DG SBCA, the Chief Minister of Sindh, and the Prime Minister of Pakistan to take legal action against the law breakers and immediately demolish the illegal constructions in the area.

This news is alarming, as it shows how illegal constructions are being carried out with impunity in Gulberg Town, Karachi. The authorities must take immediate action to stop these illegal activities and protect the rights of the residents of Gulberg Town.

ایف بی ایریا کراچی میں بلڈرز غیر قانونی تعمیر ات کرا رھے ہیں بلڈر کی جانب سے رہائشی علاقے میں کمرشل دکانوں کے اوپر 3rd اور 4th فلور کی غیر قانونی تعمیرات جاری ہیں جو کہ اخری مراحل میں ہیں کمرشل دکانوں کی وجہ سے علاقے میں سیوریج اور پارکنگ کا نظام درہم برہم ہوا پرا ہے-علاقہ مکینوں کے مطابق بار بار اداروں میں درخواستیں دی گئیں مگر کوئی عمل دیکھنے میں نہیں ہوا – sbca کا عملہ آیا اور اندر ہی اندر سےپلاٹ r.1135سے چند بلاک توڑ کر آرٹیفیشل ڈیمولیشن کرکے پیسے پکڑ کر چلے گئے جبکہ بلاک 2-8-14-15 اور 19 -18-17میں غیر قانونی تعمیرات تا حال جاری ہیں کیونکہ بلڈر کی جانب سے بھاری رشوت sbca کو پہنچا دی جاتی ھے جس کی وجہ سے ادارہ خاموش تماشائی بن جاتا ہے ڈی جی sbca، وزیرِ اعلی سندھ،وزیرِ اعظم پاکستان سے اپیل ہے کہ قانون شکنوں کے خلاف قانونی کاروائی عمل میں لائی جائے اور علاقے میں بننے والی غیر قانونی تعمیرات کو فوری ڈیمولش کیا جائے-
