ملکی تاریخ میں فروری 2023سے مہنگائی کو جو پر لگے ،اس نے ماضی کے تمام ریکارڈ توڑ دیے ہیں، اس دوران شاید ہی کوئی مہینہ ایسا گزرا ہو کہ پیٹرول، بجلی یا گیس میں سے کسی نہ کسی کی قیمتیں نہ بڑھی ہوں۔اس کا ٹرانسپورٹ، باربرداری اور اشیائے ضروریہ کی قیمتوں پر فوری اثر پڑتا ہے ۔گذشتہ دنوں پیٹرول کی قیمتیں گرنے سے مارکیٹوں میں استحکام دیکھاگیا لیکن رواں ماہ سے گیس کے نرخ 196 فیصد بڑھنے کے جو اثرات صنعت و تجارت پر رونما ہوئے ہیں،اس سے مہنگائی کا گراف مزید بلند ہوگیا ہے۔قومی ادارہ شماریات کےجاری کردہ اعدادوشمار کے مطابق 23نومبر کو ختم ہونے والے ہفتے کے دوران مہنگائی کی شرح 41.13فیصد ریکارڈ کی گئی۔ گیس کے بعد وہ اشیا جن کی قیمتوں میں سب سے زیادہ اضافہ ہوا ، ان میں سگریٹ94فیصد، آٹا 88.2 ،پسی ہوئی مرچ 81.7،ٹوٹا باسمتی چاول 76.6، لہسن 71، ایری 6/9چاول62.3، برانڈڈ چائے53، گڑ50.8اور آلو (47.9)فیصد شامل ہیں۔ پیاز کی قیمت میں سالانہ بنیادوں پر 36.2فیصد کمی واقع ہوئی، ٹماٹر 18.1، سرسوں کاتیل4 اور گھی 2.9فیصد سستا ہوا۔یہ اعدادوشمار گذشتہ سے پیوستہ ہفتے کا تسلسل ہے جس کی رو سے قیمتوں کا انڈیکس 309.9کے مقابلے میں ختم ہونے والے ہفتے میں 308.90رہا۔ ٹریڈنگ اکنامکس کے مطابق پاکستان ایشیائی ملکوں میں مہنگائی کے اعتبار سے چوتھے نمبر پر آگیا ہے جبکہ افغانستان میں اس کی شرح سب سے کم ہے ۔ دوسری طرف عام آدمی کی ضرورت صرف اشیائے خوردونوش نہیں ، بچوں کی تعلیم اور علاج معالجہ بھی زندگی کے ساتھ ہے۔ اوسطاً کئی افراد کے کنبے کو واحد کفیل چلاتا ہے۔ حکومت کو زندگی اجیرن بنانے والی اس مہنگائی کے اثرات فوری ختم کرنے کی تدابیر کے طور پر ڈالر اور توانائی کی قیمتوں کو مزید بڑھنے سے روکنا چاہئے جس سےگوشت اور پھل سبزی کی مارکیٹ میں استحکام ممکن ہے۔

تمام سگریٹ نوشی کرنے والے افراد کی شان میں اشاعیہ دیا جائے اور ہر شہر میں اسموکرز کو قیمتی انعامات سے نوازا جائے کیونکہ وہ اپنی جان کی پرواہ کئے بغیر ملک و قوم کا قرضہ اتارنے کیلئے دیوانہ وار مصروف عمل ہیں اور جاریحانہ انداز سے سرگرم ہیں اور انہیں عزّت و احترام کی نگاہوں سے دیکھا جائے۔
