- 🌐 Knowledge of APIs and Integration - be the bridge between software components.
- 💻 Experience in programming languages like .Net, PHP, and Python, along with Database expertise in MySQL and MS SQL Server.
- 📡 Familiarity with VAS Nodes such as SMSC, SMS GW, USSD, MMS, SMPP, and more.
- 🔧 Troubleshooting and trace capturing for day-to-day operations of SMS NOC, as well as assisting in creating innovative solutions.
- 📊 Provide technical reports to identify the root causes of issues.
- ⏰ Be ready to work in shifts and share call-out responsibilities.
- 🚀 Fulfill the Service configuration and activation, ensuring seamless Service Provisioning.
Years & Field of Experience required:
- 5-6 years of experience in the IT industry.
